No statutory right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal under § 355 BGB exists exclusively for consumers (§ 13 BGB). As our offer is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for orders placed through this shop.

Warranty

The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Defects must be inspected and reported without delay upon receipt of the goods (§ 377 HGB).
