2. General information on data processing
As a matter of principle, we process our users' personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The legal bases are, in particular, Art. 6 (1) GDPR.
3. Hosting
Our website is hosted by a service provider within the EU. The provider processes the data transmitted via the website on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Hosting provider: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.
4. Server log files
When the website is accessed, information (including browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address and time) is automatically stored in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

We use technically necessary cookies as well as – subject to consent – cookies to analyse and improve our offer. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us via the form or by e-mail, your details are stored in order to process the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR).
7. Customer account and order processing
To open a customer account and process orders in the online shop, we process the data you provide (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Data is processed in our Odoo system (invoicing, delivery, support).
8. Payment processing
Card payments are processed via our acquiring partner Elavon Financial Services DAC. Payment data is transmitted to the payment service provider to the extent necessary to process the payment.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in the address bar.
